There are very simple things that you can do as a Twin Flame to rejuvenate your energy. Taking care of your body is very essential because your body is your temple. You must find ways to relax your body to ease your soul healing.
Stretch your body.
There are many ways to exercise, and stretch your body. The easiest way is to create a simple exercise routine that works for you. You can take 10 minutes out of your day. Stretch your arms, your legs and your neck to let the Energy flow in you. I usually do this first thing in the morning as part of my meditation routine.
You do not have to be an expert at yoga to learn the poses. The easiest way is to download a yoga app; and learn the easy poses first. You will get better at the poses as you practice.
Doing yoga before you sleep can relax your body to have good dreams, and peaceful sleep. Remember that you are constantly channeling your Twin Flame’s Energy as you merge even as you sleep.
You many think that push ups are difficult but as you practice doing them, they get easier to do.
Push ups can work help to keep you in shape and you can develop a core body strength.
I only do 10 push ups a day but I started at 5, and then it’s now easy to do even 20.
I like to take walks to the library or the grocery store. Fifteen minutes walk can be enough to revive your spirit.
Fresh air is good for your blood flow, and spending time in nature is good for your energy.
Take walks in the park, read a book from a park bench, and breathe in that fresh air.
This is my favorite exercise to do because I get high on the oxygen. It feels so good to breathe in the fresh air, and breathe out the stress.
The simplest way I do this is by downloading a free breathing app on your phone. The exercise takes only 5 minutes, and you can do this before you sleep, or when you wake up.
Take care of your body, it is the temple of your soul. Keep it clean, and ready to embody your Twin Flame energy.
