Show forgiveness to yourself and be grateful for being strong to re-discover yourself through self-love.

The easiest way for me to love myself was by simplifying my daily tasks and honoring my personal preferences.

When I started on the quest to find the meaning of my life, it all came back to how I perceived the world and what perspective I was using to view my life situation. Stretch your body

There are many ways to exercise and stretch your body. The easiest way is to create a simple exercise routine that works for you as below:

  • HOW: You can take 10 minutes out of your day to do simple physical exercises. Sometimes if I don’t have free time, I stretch in my office chair as I work or I use a standing desk.
  • WHAT: Stretch your arms, your legs, and your neck to let the energy flow in you. Stretching is the easiest way to release the tension in your body. You don’t need money to do this. You can do it as you wait in line, if you are making a call or when you are just standing freely
  • WHEN: I usually do this first thing in the morning as part of my meditation routine.
