When I released trauma, I sort of released him and let him go. I gained a sense of trust that everything would be okay. It was the beginning of Surrender for me. I felt relieved too. I was free of the burden of worrying about him all the time. I was free of the fear of losing him.
Here are some simple lessons that I learned after I released my Trauma:
- Before I released my trauma, I had carried so much pain within me. This explains why I was obsessed with chasing my Twin Flame. I thought that he would fill the void that I felt within me. The chasing experience was also very traumatic for me. I felt so much pain within me. My inner child was hurting. I was always afraid of things that I did not know — I had unexplained fears. When I released my trauma, I realized that the space that was filled with pain became filled with inner harmony. I felt happy within myself. I felt content with who I am. Feeling inner harmony and peace helped me to release my Twin Flame. To let him have his space to deal with his own life situation.
- Lesson two, when I released my Twin Flame, I surrendered. I started focusing on bringing happiness into my life. I focused on making my little corner of the world the best place it could be. It worked. The more I honored my choices and preferences, the more I unlocked my Twin Flame gifts. I learned to embrace my new energetic vibration. I realized that there is more to the Twin Flame journey than craving a physical relationship. The new person that I have eventually transformed into over the past four years is authentic, brave, optimistic, forgiving, loving, and free of insecurities.
So many lessons I have learned over this Twin Flame journey indeed. I share most of my healing experiences in this simple book. I hope that it helps you to get through the challenging phase of the Dark Night of the Soul.
